Mineral:Sphalerite (Spinel-law twinned) with Chalcopyrite and Galena
Locality:Commodore Mine, Creede District, Mineral County, Colorado
Description:Transparent brown Spinel-law twinned sphalerite crystals up to 12 mm across with dull gray metallic galena crystals to 4 mm across and yellow metallic chalcopyrite crystals to 9 mm. The sphalerite crystals are quite gemmy.
Overall Size:7x4.5x2.5 cm
