Mineral:Quartz var. Amethyst
Locality:Moqor, Mqakkhar Mountains, Ghanzi Province, Afghanistan
Description:Translucent purple amethyst quartz crystals on wedge-shaped matrix with the bottom sawn flat. The amethyst crystals have milky centers and deeper purple color at the terminations. The tips of three crystals are bruised.
Overall Size:8x8x6 cm
Crystals:10-30 mm
