Description: | Lustrous translucent green datolite crystals up to 6 mm with translucent colorless-to-white stilbite crystal up to 3 mm long, and cubic metallic pyrite crystals to 0.3 mm. Found during the blasting for the Erie Railroad cut in 1909 (Bergen Archways). Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987) collection #788 |
