Locality:Durham, England
Description:Transparent gray-purple cubic fluorite crystals to 7 mm on lustrous metallic cubo-octahedral galena crystals to 6 mm. The fluorite crystals are interpenetrant-twinned, have lustrous faces with growth hillocks, and fluoresce violet under UV illumination. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987) collection #694
