Description: | Spherical grouping 50 mm across of translucent yellow rhombohedral calcite crystals to 15 mm with white surface coating on select faces. The calcite is on gray calcite microcrystal-coated matrix with bright blue-green chrysocolla mixed throughout. Ex. Henry D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School |
