Locality: | Alexandria Bay, Jefferson County, New York |
Description: | Flesh-colored translucent microcline (tested by NYSM) crystals with lustrous crystal faces and well developed form. The microcline crystals entirely coated one face of greenish matrix and there is a single translucent yellow 6 mm apatite crystal. Ex. Henry D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, (see Final Disposition Of Some American Collections Of Minerals, Frederick A. Canfield, 1923), bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School |
