Description: | Pale-blue prismatic celestine (celestite) crystals to 10 mm with scattered translucent yellow sulfur crystals to 2 mm. The celestine crystals have a rhombic cross-section with two-faced terminations and fluoresce (and phosphoresce) under UV illumination. Ex. Henry D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection, (see Final Disposition Of Some American Collections Of Minerals, Frederick A. Canfield, 1923), bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex.
