Description: | Gray metallic octahedral galena crystals in parallel orientation. The surfaces of the galena crystals have a thin coating of greenish secondary alteration, probably anglesite. The parallel faces reflect light simultaneously making it very showy. Ex. Chas. W. Velte Jr. (1914-1987) collection #33 |
