Locality:Capurru Quarry, Osilo, Sassari Province, Sardinia, Italy
Description:Transparent lustrous purple-pink amethyst quartz crystals to 25 mm long on transparent colorless calcite crystals to 3 mm and tan-colored dolomite crystals to 1 mm. Many of the amethyst quartz crystals are doubly-terminated.
