| Description: | Large lustrous black babingtonite crystal in colorless calcite-filled cavity in basalt. The babingtonite crystals are sharp, well defined crystals with slightly striated faces. Babingtonite is the Massachusetts State Mineral. The bottom is sawn flat. |
