Description:Pale-pink manganese-rich scalenohedral calcite crystals completely covering a plate of colorless quartz crystals. This variety is frequently sold by the misnomer manganocalcite. The calcite crystals have a matte luster and fluoresce orange under UV. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection
