Description: | Translucent green prehnite epimorphs after bladed rhombohedral anhydrite crystals to 28 mm. The anhydrite formed first, was overgrown with 3-5 mm prehnite crystals, then the anhydrite dissolved leaving thin, hollow cavities visible on the bottom. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection |
