Mineral:Novácekite on Aragonite
Locality:Zacatecas, Mexico
Description:Translucent yellow novácekite coating on colorless aragonite crystals up to 6 mm long. A small cavity on the bottom has lustrous yellow novácekite crystals to 1 mm. The novácekite is slightly radioactive and fluoresces bright green under UV illumination. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection
