Description: | Large plate of translucent green prehnite pseudomorphs (epimorphs) after slender anhydrite crystals to 25 mm long. The anhydrite was overgrown with prehnite, then the anhydrite dissolved away. The color of the prehnite is a rich, bright green. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection |
