Locality:Katukubura, 6.5 km east of Kolonne, Sabaragamuwa Province, Sri Lanka
Description:Lustrous opaque black pargasite crystals in translucent colorless calcite. The pargasite crystals have smooth crystal faces with complex faces on the edges that give them a rounded appearance. Two crystals are incomplete. Ex. Bob Holzer (1934-2009) collection
