Locality:Harvard Quarry, Noyes Mountain, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Lustrous translucent purple fluorapatite crystals to 5 mm long in aggregates of parallel crystals and as elongated prismatic hexagonal single crystals on colorless quartz crystals to 2 mm in an albite cavity. Looks beautiful under 20X magnification.
