Description: | Many tan-colored smithsonite pseudomorphs after scalenohedral calcite crystals to 8 mm long on lustrous translucent gray quartz crystals to 40 mm long. The tips of a few of the pseudomorphs are incomplete, revealing hollow, skeletal interiors. |
