Locality:Virginia Trap Rock Quarry, southeast of Leesburg, Loudoun County, Virginia
Description:Blocky translucent white apophyllite crystals to 15 mm across on translucent green prehnite. Two of the apophyllite crystals on the edge have exposed centers revealing powdery white core zones surrounded with a translucent outer layer.
