Locality:Fairfax Quarry, 6.4 km west of Centreville, Fairfax County, Virginia
Description:Blocky colorless apophyllite crystals up to 33 mm across on a plate of translucent green prehnite. The apophyllite crystals have lustrous, striated prism faces and pearly luster on the basal pinacoid termination faces. Collected in 1967
