Description: | Heavy specimen of translucent brown-black cassiterite in milky quartz with many lustrous cassiterite crystal faces on one end that was part of a cavity that allowed for complete crystal development. Cassiterite is uncommon at this pegmatite quarry. Collected in 1971 |
