Locality:Mount Dayakou tungsten mine, 6 km northeast of Mengdong village, Malipo County, Yunnan Province, China
Description:Rich cluster of elongated translucent deep-green emerald crystals, the green variety of beryl, in limonite-stained quartz. There are at least 13 emerald crystals exposed all around the sides of the specimen with more showing embedded in the quartz ends.
