Description: | Large elongated cluster of translucent golden-yellow scalenohedral calcite crystals to 30 mm long over a core of fluorite with barite. The calcite crystals have a microscopic crystallization pattern on the surfaces giving them a matte appearance. Ex. S. Nightingale; originally acquired from R. Lillie in 1993 |
