Description:White-to-brown thaumasite microcrystalline crust over translucent yellow-green prehnite crystals to 4 mm on gray basalt. Under magnification the specimen appears to be coated to prevent loss of the thaumasite. Ex. Joe Cilen (1916-1997) #11891; ex. Ernest Weidhaas (1888-1974)
