Description: | Translucent yellow rhombohedral calcite crystals with silky luster. Many of the calcite crystals are interpenetrant-twinned, similar to fluorite twins from Weardale, England. The calcite crystals fluoresce under UV illumination. Ex. Joe Cilen (1916-1997) #13507. |
