Mineral:Diamond (1.75 carat sherry-gray octahedral crystal)
Locality:Jwaneng Mine, Naledi River Valley, Botswana
Description:Lustrous transparent sherry-colored (slightly gray) natural diamond crystal with octahedral form and faces exhibiting stepped crystallization patterns throughout. The crystal has a few small inclusions and gletz, but they are not easily visible.
