Mineral:Orthoclase with Rutile inclusions
Locality:Switzerland
Description:Large single crystal of colorless orthoclase feldspar with thin needle-like inclusions of brown rutile to 15 mm long and green chlorite microcrystals on the surfaces. The orthoclase has a translucent white core with a 3 mm thick transparent outer layer.
Overall Size:8.5x5x4 cm
Crystals:5-80 mm
