Description: | Well-crystallized large metallic hematite crystals with tabular hexagonal crystal form and surfaces composed of many smaller parallel crystal faces. The bottom was sawn flat to reduce bulk. Difficult to photograph - must be seen in person to appreciate. Ex. Walter J. Rodekohr (1894-1979) |
