Locality:Eastern Rock Products Quarry (Benchmark Quarry), St. Johnsville, Montgomery County, New York
Description:Linear formation of translucent amber-colored calcite crystals to 20 mm on limestone with saddle-shaped white dolomite crystals to 3 mm and a partial quartz crystal on the rear. The calcite crystals flattened rhombohedral form and mostly transparent.
