Description: | Translucent yellow beryl crystal with unusual flattened habit and steeply-angled termination in dark smoky quartz. The prism faces of the beryl crystal are lustrous. The beryl is an unusual form, easily mistaken for brazilianite. Collected in 1960 by R. McAllister |
