Locality:(Dunton Quarry, Newry), Oxford County, Maine
Description:Silvery muscovite mica crystals with transparent green elbaite tourmaline crystals embedded in the mica face and edges. Noted expert on Maine minerals, Van King, attributes this specimen to the Dunton Quarry even though it was not listed on the label. Ex. Joe Cilen (1916-1997) #4058d; ex. Wallace Goold Levison (1846-1924)
