Description: | Sharp wedge-shaped tennantite crystals to 3 mm with colorless milky quartz crystals to 5 mm plus minor yellow-metallic pyrite crystals to 5 mm. The tennantite crystals to appear to have an overgrowth of microscopic gray-metallic crystals (enargite?). Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010); acquired in 1982 from Trevillion-Johnson Gems, Butte, Mt. |
