Locality:Fenghuang, Xiangxi, Hunan, China
Description:Large translucent red cinnabar crystals to 11 mm on pale-yellow rhombohedral dolomite crystals to 4 mm. Even though the outer faces of the cinnabar crystals are incomplete where they were attached, the large crystal size makes it a good specimen. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #561; originally acquired from Horst Burkhard (Bonn, Germany)
