Description: | Translucent colorless calcite crystals in rounded aggregates to 5 mm composed of parallel crystals that give the surfaces a silky appearance. The calcite crystals grew over thin crusts of quartz. The calcite crystals fluoresce orange under UV. Ex. George Elling; ex.Charlie Key collection |
