Description: | Lustrous acicular dark-metallic jordanite crystals to 18 mm long embedded in gray marble with minor yellow-metallic pyrite. Originally identified as guitermanite, a discredited species, it is now determined to be properly jordanite. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection, formerly St. Joe Mineral Corp. 1969-1978 |
