Description: | Three intergrown trapezohedral black almandine-spessartine garnet crystals with flat crystal faces and remnants of matrix on the bottom. The specimen is currently mounted to an acrylic display base (I will remove if requested). Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #694; originally acquired in 1994 |
