Description:Elongated selenite crystal, the transparent variety of the mineral species gypsum, with striated crystal faces. The rear face is coated with an unidentified orange mineral, probably an Fe-oxide. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #545b; originally acquired in 1981 from mine manager
