Mineral:Quartz var. Agate
Locality:Upper Montclair, Essex County, New Jersey
Description:Translucent gray-to-brown banded quartz agate on gray basalt that was polished in a curved shape to highlight the agate. The specimen broke through the middle and was repaired. Ex. John Geiges collection #719. Repaired.
