Description: | Cubic gray-metallic galena crystal with overgrowth on the surfaces of smaller cubo-octahedral crystal faces. Brassy yellow-metallic marcasite crystals to 1 mm are scattered over the galena with minor colorless calcite crystals to 2.5 mm. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection, employed by St. Joseph Lead Co. 1948-1951 at the Bonne Terre Mine, collected in 1950 |
