Locality:Wanshan, Tongren, Guizhou Province, China
Description:Many metallic-looking cinnabar crystals to 12 mm scattered over lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystals to 7 mm. The cinnabar crystals are internally translucent red, with metallic-like outer surfaces and are all interpenetrant-twinned. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #560, originally acquired in 1987
