Description: | Complex cluster of lustrous transparent quartz crystals with green chlorite inclusions and surface coating on select faces. The quartz crystals are in parallel groups of distorted doubly-terminated crystals with only termination faces, no prism faces. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #504b; originally acquired in 1976 from Newmont chief geologist at the mine |
