Description:Lustrous translucent green epidote crystals covering one face of crystallized epidote matrix. The epidote crystals are stubby prisms, with two-faced chisel-shaped terminations. The Holt family collected the specimen while on their vacation. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #737, originally acquired in 1997; ex. W. W. Holt collection
