Description: | Cubic yellow-metallic pyrite crystal 17 mm across in greenish schist with lustrous black octahedral magnetite crystals to 9 mm. The pyrite crystal has striated crystal faces with an octahedral corner face that has remnants of magnetite in crevices. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #229 |
