Description: | Lustrous transparent rhombohedral calcite crystals in a thin plate of interconnected crystals with limonite gossan on the rear. The calcite crystals are colorless, with faint red-brown coloration in select areas caused by microscopic hematite inclusions. Ex. Larry Krause (1945-2010) collection |
