Description: | Several parallel interconnected amazonite crystals, the blue-green variety of microcline feldspar caused by lead impurities, with colorless microcline on the bottom. Though it is easily mistaken for undamaged, one crystal on the rear is actually cleaved. Ex. Larry Krause (1945-2010) collection |
