Description:Partial crystal of transparent purple amethyst quartz with three lustrous crystal faces revealing the transparent interior. The purple color is zoned with one area of deep purple that has potential for gem cutting. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection #140b; originally acquired in 1940 from Mr. Morefield
