Locality:Saltman Prospect, Sweden, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Plate of crystallized milky quartz with two groups of lustrous transparent purple amethyst quartz crystals with area of brown limonite. This closed locality was discovered during driveway construction at Camp Encore and was worked only briefly. Acquired in 1992 from Plumbago Mining.
