Description: | Large cluster of intersecting slender quartz crystals in scepter-shaped formations of milky quartz stems to 40 mm long capped with larger amethyst quartz overgrowths to 30 mm. Recovered from a collapsed pocket that was crushed by glaciers. Collected ca. 1960s by Tony Motus, Rumford, Me. |
