Description: | Hexagonal translucent brown fluorapatite crystal with pyramidal termination and partial coating on some faces of a dark gray-black micromineral. These fluorapatite crystals were never common from this old mine and are highly sought by collectors. Ex. Peter B. Nalle (1923-2010) collection, employed by St. Joseph Lead Co. 1948-1951 at the Bonne Terre Mine, collected in 1950 |
