Description: | Crystalline mass of translucent gray microcline feldspar with veins and zones of lamellar crystallization the reflect light simultaneously. Normally moonstone from this site exhibits a blue Schiller-effect, but I cannot detect any on this specimen. Ex. John Geiges collection |
