Description:Flattened tube-formation of colorless quartz crystal filling a gas cavity in basalt with pristine white outer rind with many concave depressions, possibly from a previously crystallized mineral lining the cavity wall. Both ends show exposed quartz core. Ex. John Geiges collection #724
